Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe has backed Harvey Barnes to continue providing "special moments" after the winger signed a new long-term contract with the club. Barnes' previous deal had two years left to run, and while the length of his new agreement has not been confirmed, he has now committed his future to the Magpies. Having joined from Leicester City in 2023, Barnes has scored 30 goals from 120 games for Newcastle in all competitions.
